This is the first painting I ever did. After having a twenty some year career in glass blowing my $18,000.00 worth of equipment was stolen. I was so depressed over this I took seven years off from any kind of art almost thinking I would never do art again. My wife who also has many pieces on this site pushed me to try painting in this style. At first I was against it however after seeing what and how she was making her paintings I thought I would give it a try and this came out along with a renewed desire to produce art. I love this painting, and the years go by, it will surely become more and more valuable. whoever buys this Painting is truly a lucky individual. may it bring you many compliments and much joy, it is the beginning, not the end.
